§ 91.03 VACCINATION; HARNESS OR COLLAR.
   All dogs to which this subchapter applies shall:
   (A)   Be vaccinated against rabies by a regularly-licensed veterinary surgeon; and
   (B)   Have a collar, or harness, to which is affixed a current rabies vaccination tag, which attests to the rabies vaccination of the dog wearing it.
