§ 90.32 DEFENSE.
   Any representative of a firm, or individual, found to be violating this subchapter shall be afforded a defense if such person was ordered to set fire to material prohibited in this subchapter by his or her supervisor, or boss. In the event the arresting officer has reasonable grounds to believe that such person was acting on directives from his or her superior, the officer may issue a summons, or citation, to the firm name, and may be signed by any employee of the firm, binding said firm to appear in court to answer the charge.
