§ 90.31 AUTHORITY.

The Fire Chief, or officer of the Fire Department, shall have the authority to extinguish any fire he or she deems hazardous, and shall have the authority to issue a summons, or citation, to any persons, or firm, he or she finds in violation of this subchapter.
