(A) No person, or business, shall burn any tires, wiring, plastics, or any other material which emits toxic smoke, or gases, within the city limits.
(B) No person, or business, shall burn brush, leaves, or household trash in large amounts for any other person, other than their own personal household trash, leaves, or brush.
(C) Any person, or business, burning household trash shall burn in a container with a cover which will suppress sparks in order to provide a minimal amount of safety when burning.
