§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   The penalty for violation of the provisions of § 70.02 shall be court costs, as established by the court in setting judgments of said violation, plus an additional penalty not to exceed $50 for each offense.
