(A) The city’s sewer plants 1 and 2 are reaching their maximum capacity; therefore, any new connections to the city sewer system must be closely monitored.
(B) The City Council has determined that it is in the public interest, and welfare, that all new connections to the city sewer system be closely monitored, and require prior review, and approval, by the City Water and Sewer Committees, and before any permit, or plat, is approved, which would allow connection to the city sewer system.
