The pressure sewer system specifications, as reviewed, and recommended, by the City Sewer Committee, which are attached hereto, are hereby adopted, and shall apply to the installation of all pressure sewer systems within the city. No builder, developer, or individual shall receive a permit for construction, installation, or placement of a pressure sewer system in the city until all construction is fully compliant with this subchapter, and with the approved pressure sewer system specifications.
