§ 51.17 PROTECTION FROM DAMAGE.
   No person shall break, damage, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment, which is a part of the sewerage works. Offenders, or their adult guardians, will be required to fully reimburse the city for repair costs required.
