(A) Except as otherwise provided herein, from and after July 1, 2019, the provisions of §§ 151.40 through 151.54, as amended, shall apply to all new development within any service area.
(B) The provisions of §§ 151.40 through 151.54, as amended, shall apply to all of the territory within the corporate limits of the town and/or within the town's water and wastewater service areas.
(C) The Town Manager or designee is authorized to make determinations regarding the application, administration and enforcement of these provisions.
