§ 111.25 PEDDLING WITHOUT REGISTRATION CARD.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to take part in the act of soliciting, peddling, hawking, selling, or vending of goods, wares, merchandise, magazines, or services from business to business, from house to house, or to only one house in the town without having registered with the Clerk and without having obtained a registration card, without having such card in possession, or failing to exhibit such card when request is made for the registration card by any resident of the town.
   (B)   Any violation of this section shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable as provided in § 10.99(C).
