The Utilities Advisory Committee chairperson and a vice-chairperson shall be selected by a majority of the Committee members at their first annual meeting. The Committee shall meet at least two times per year in a public meeting at Town Hall. Additional meetings may be called by the Chair, Town Manager or Town Council as needed to discharge duties, provide advice and receive direction from Council.
