(A) Regular meetings. The Town Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., provided that when the day fixed for any regular meeting of the Town Council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday. All regular meetings of the Town Council shall be held at the Town Hall.
(B) Special meetings. The Mayor, or the Clerk upon the written request of three Members of the Town Council, may convene the Town Council at any time by notifying the Members of the date, hour, and purpose of such special meeting. Notice of such meeting shall be made pursuant to state law. In the case of an actual emergency, a meeting may be held upon such notice as is appropriate to the circumstances.
