§ 52.025  OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY.
   The owner(s) shall operate and maintain the private wastewater disposal facilities in a sanitary manner at all times, at no expense to the city. Some communities may desire to provide additional requirements that sludge removal from private disposal systems be performed by licensed operators and disposed of in some particular fashion.
