§ 52.020  USE OF PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM WHEN.
   Where a public or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of § 52.005 of this chapter, the building sewer shall be connected to a private wastewater disposal system complying with the provisions of §§ 52.021 through 52.026 of this chapter.
