§ 50.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 50.01 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $500, and each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person who violates § 50.07(B) of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of no more than $250 for each offense.
   (D)   (1)   Any person who violates § 50.08(A) of this chapter shall, after notice of abatement as provided herein, be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $500 per day for each day in which they are in violation.
      (2)   Any person or entity that violates § 50.08(B) of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $50, for each violation. Each day shall constitute a separate violation.
