§ 31.122 ANNUAL OPERATIONS FUND REQUEST.

(A) Before April 1 of each year, the Chairperson of the Board shall submit to the Mayor an itemized request of the Board for funds to finance the activities of the Board for the ensuing fiscal year.

(B) The City Council shall budget funds for the operation of the Board.
