§ 31.121  APPOINTMENT; TERM.
   (A)   Members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor. Members shall be appointed for a term of four years. The initial term shall be staggered so that the members first appointed shall be one for one year, one for two years, one for three years and two for four years.
   (B)   One member shall be designated by the Mayor as Chairperson, subject to approval of the City Council.
