§ 31.090  PROGRAM FINANCIAL RECORDS TO BE RETAINED.
   All financial records relating to moneys received under KRS 15.410 through 15.510 shall be retained for a period of three years and until the completion of an audit approved by the State Justice Cabinet and the United States Law Enforcement Assistance Administration.
