Any member of the Board of Adjustment who has any direct or indirect financial interest in the outcome of any question before the Board shall disclose the nature of the interest and shall disqualify himself or herself from voting on the question. Further, the member shall not participate in the deliberations of the matter when there is a conflict of interest and shall not be counted for the purpose of a quorum.
