The Board of Adjustment shall keep summary minutes and records of all proceedings including standards of review, transactions, findings of fact and recommendation, and the number of votes for and against each question. The Board shall prepare and keep on file, available for public inspection, a written signed original copy of Board meeting summary minutes. The Planning Commission shall provide staff for the Board of Adjustment, and will be compensated by the city for those services.
