(A) The regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment shall be held at 6:00 p.m. and at such place as the Board may from time to time designate. The dates for such meetings shall be established by the Board by the adoption of an annual calendar. The schedule of meetings may be amended from time to time by the Board as necessary to accomplish the Board’s business.
(B) Notice of special meetings will be given to all Board members at least seven days in advance of the meeting.
