(A) Nomination of officers will be made from the members at a meeting during the first quarter of each new fiscal year, and the election will be held immediately thereafter.
(B) A candidate receiving a majority of the votes cast will be declared elected and will serve a term of one year or until a successor will take office.
(C) Vacancies in the Offices of Chairperson or Vice Chairperson will be filled as soon as possible by the election procedure described above.
(D) Any officer shall be eligible for re-election at the expiration of their one-year term.
