(A) The Offices of the Board of Adjustment shall consist of a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary.
(B) The Chairperson will preside at all meetings and hearings of the Board of Adjustment and will have the duties normally conferred by parliamentary usage of such officers.
(C) The Chairperson will be a full voting member of the Board and will have the privilege of discussing and otherwise taking part in all matters before the Board.
(D) The Vice Chairperson will act in the absence of the Chairperson.
(E) The Secretary will certify to the accuracy of the minutes of all official meetings. All clerical services needed by the Board of Adjustment, including the development of all minutes for the Board shall be the responsibility of the Planning Commission staff.
(F) The Board of Adjustment shall have powers, duties and responsibilities set forth in KRS 100.217 through 100.263, 100.347 and 100.991.
