The Board of Adjustment shall be composed of three members, not more than two of whom may be members of the Joint City-County Planning Commission. Each member shall be appointed by the Mayor of the city with approval by the City Council and shall serve a staggered four-year term. A member may be reappointed, subject to the approval of the governing body. Members shall serve until re-appointment or until replaced. The Board shall otherwise be organized and operated in accordance with KRS 100.217.
