(A) The booklet attached to the ordinance codified herein, dated September 2008, styled “City of Cave City Zoning Ordinance”, is hereby incorporated by reference and the provisions thereof are adopted, ordained and enacted to apply within the limits of the city.
(B) The provisions of this adopted ordinance shall, after publication, become effective on 4-30-2009.
