§ 150.40  HAZARDOUS OR UNSANITARY PREMISES.
   Hazardous or unsanitary premises include any premises in which there is an accumulation of weeds, vegetation, junk, dead organic matter, debris, garbage, refuse, vermin harborages, stagnant water, combustible materials or similar materials or conditions constituting fire, health or safety hazards.
