§ 122.01  OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE.
   (A)   A CONTRACTOR is a person or entity who, for hire, erects, builds, repairs, remodels, renovates or enlarges buildings or structures of any type, including mobile homes.
   (B)   The City Clerk shall not issue an occupational license for a contractor until the applicant provides:
      (1)   Its physical address; and
      (2)   Evidence of liability insurance in the minimum sum of $100,000 insuring against any damage or injury caused by the applicant’s negligent acts.
