§ 121.04  COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW.
   The temporary off-site sale shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable provisions of KRS Ch. 190, Title 605 of Kentucky Administrative Regulations and other laws and ordinances of the commonwealth and the city.
