§ 30.31  ELECTION OF CANDIDATES GOVERNED BY CERTAIN STATE PROVISIONS.
   The election of candidates to all elected city offices shall be governed by the provisions of this subchapter and by the applicable provisions of KRS Ch. 83A and Ch. 116 through 121.
