§ 116.04 PROVISIONS INAPPLICABLE TO INCIDENTAL INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION.

The provisions of this chapter shall not prohibit the dissemination of tourist information at other established, licensed businesses where the distribution of tourist information is only incidental.
