(A) The City Treasurer shall, on or before 7-15-2006, transfer to the City Tourist and Convention Commission the funds from both the general and special transient room taxes collected prior to that date and thereafter shall transfer the funds on each succeeding January 15 and July 15.
(B) The revenues derived from the 1% special transient room tax shall be designated as for use only for operating expenses of the convention center.
