§ 114.06  AUDIT OF TAXPAYER RECORDS.
   The City Clerk and the Attorney for the city shall have the right on reasonable notice to audit the books of any taxpayer under this chapter to determine if there has been proper, complete and accurate reporting of gross receipts by the taxpayer, and a proper and accurate payment of the taxes due.
