For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LIVESTOCK. Horses, stallions, colts, geldings, mares, sheep, rams, lambs, bulls, bullocks, steers, heifers, cows, calves, mules, jacks, jennies, burros, goats, kids and swine.
OWNER. Every person having a right or property in the animal or fowl and every person who keeps or harbors the animal or fowl or has it in his or her care or permits it to remain on premises owned or occupied by him or her.
