§ 90.04  MASKS AND OTHER FACE-COVERING DEVICES.
   (A)   No person over the age of 12 years shall appear in any place accessible to the public or to which the public is invited, nor on any public way or any public place within the city, wearing a mask, hood, false-face or other device which in any way covers or obscures any portion of the face between the eyes and chin.
   (B)   The City Council may by order duly adopted designate certain holidays or enumerated days on which persons may wear the devices prohibited in this section.
