§ 90.03  OUTDOOR BURNING.
   No person shall for the purposes of disposal burn any leaves, debris or other material within the corporate limits of the city, except in an interior fireplace, stove or other interior apparatus, unless prior approval is given by the Chief of the Fire Department or Code Enforcement Officer.
