§ 71.01  DISPLAY OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Handicapped parking permits issued by authorized officials shall be displayed on the inside rear view mirror of a vehicle, in such a fashion as to allow the expiration date of the permit to be read from the outside of the vehicle.
