§ 70.05 NOISE FROM MOTOR VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be in possession of, occupy or operate a motor vehicle in the city while operating or allowing to operate a radio, tape player, CD player or other device producing sound from a recording, the volume of which is sufficient to be heard a distance of 30 feet or more from the vehicle.
