§ 70.03  OFFICIAL SIGNS, SIGNALS AND MARKINGS; COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   All signs, signals and street markings in use in the city at this time are adopted as traffic-control devices, pursuant to this chapter.
   (B)   The violation of the activities and maneuvers prohibited by such signs, signals or devices shall be a violation of this chapter.
