4-1-6: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:
Application for a license required by this code shall be filed with the city clerk and shall contain such reasonable information as the clerk may require, in addition to any information specifically required by other provisions of this chapter. (1992 Code § 9-112; amd. 2006 Code)
