A. No provision within this chapter shall be construed to apply to duress or holdup alarms, manually activated buttons, or robbery alarm systems that elicit an immediate police response to their activation.
B. No provision within this chapter shall be construed as to apply to any building, structure or facility owned, controlled or occupied by the United States of America, the State of Oklahoma or any political or governmental subdivision of the State of Oklahoma. (Ord. 2023-437-C, 5-8-2023)
