3-1-2: INVESTMENT OF CITY FUNDS:
The city clerk or any other person authorized to invest public monies shall invest the same in those investments authorized by the city council or authorized by state law in a manner authorized by either or both such council and statutes. (1992 Code § 7-102; amd. 2006 Code)
