9-4-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
HUMAN EXCREMENT: The bowel and kidney discharge of human beings.
SANITARY WATER CLOSET: The flush type toilet which is connected with a sanitary sewer line of such capacity and construction as to carry away the contents at all times. (Ord. 317-C, 8-3-1998; amd. 2006 Code)
