9-2-8: SMART WATER METER OPT OUT; FEE:
   A.   City of Catoosa water consumers shall have the option to opt out of having an electronic "smart" water meter installed and utilized for their water service.
   B.   There shall be a monthly fee of $25.00 added to the water bill for each meter that a consumer chooses to opt out of the electronic "smart" water meter. (Ord. 2020-418-C, 6-22-2020)
