Rules and regulations adopted by the Catoosa public works authority are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, applicable as if set out in full herein. Any violation of the rules and regulations of the authority shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1992 Code § 17-102)
