The city hereby consents and agrees to the lease of the city water and sanitary sewerage systems and facilities and all future additions thereto to the Catoosa public works authority as authorized by statute, to be effective at the time and upon the terms and conditions specified in a certain "lease" prepared under the direction of the city council and filed in the office of the city clerk on this date. The mayor of the city hereby is authorized and directed, on behalf of the city, to execute and deliver the lease of the Catoosa public works authority. (1992 Code § 17-101; amd. 2006 Code)
