8-1-6: PLAYING ON STREETS:
It is unlawful for any person to engage in any sport, game, amusement, or to play in, on or across the main traveled portion of any sidewalk, street, avenue or alley of the city except as may be authorized by ordinance 1 . (1992 Code § 14-106)
