7-11-3: SEVERABILITY:

The provisions of this chapter shall be severable, and if any of the provisions hereof shall be held to be in contravention of the laws or constitution of the United States of the state of Oklahoma, such decision by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions, if any.
