6-2-10: ENTRY POWERS:
The fire chief and/or designee shall have the right of entry within their jurisdiction as defined in the currently adopted ICC international fire code sections 104.3, 104.3.1 and 74-317. (1992 Code § 13-213; amd. 2006 Code)
