5-1-4: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined and/or imprisoned as provided in sections 1-4-1 and 1-4-1-1 of this code. (1992 Code § 8-122; amd. 2006 Code)
