A. The City of Catoosa declares that a violation of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall also constitute a violation of Catoosa Municipal law.
B. The Municipal Court of the City of Catoosa shall be authorized to hear and determine misdemeanor violations of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
C. Any person who violates any provision of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act that can be heard and determined by the Municipal Court of the City of Catoosa shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than the maximum fine specified under the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act or other applicable State law, plus court costs.
